RoseAnn Bogart, owner and director of operations for Servers On Demand

RoseAnn Bogart, has been in this business since 1989, first working as a Server/Waitress, then Sous Chef and Grill Cook. She also took a part time job in accounting. She was then offered an Office Manager position in the catering field, which over saw all office and site relations. She accepted the position and went above and beyond the call of duty. Although she was content, she had a dream for something bigger and better. So, she fulfilled her aspirations and opened up her own staffing business in 1999. Ever since then she has been striving towards greatness through out the Bay Area. RoseAnn prides herself on her business. She is a great people person and is in business today due to her customers and their word of mouth.

Erica Estrada, Office Manager

Erica has been in the customer service field for over seven years. She has her AA degree and is currently attending San Jose State University. She has been with the company off and on for five years. However, she has been full-time for a year now. She started off as a server then moved into the office as the receptionist. Eventually she was given more responsibility and was able to learn the ins and outs of the business. Since she was great with people and good at customer service, she was then offered an Office Manager position. She gladly accepted. Now she oversees the functions in the office and the orders that come in. "I like coming to work every day. It's not just another boring job. Sometimes it gets crazy with all the orders, but that's what makes it exciting. I also like my co-workers. We work as a team to get things done. The staff is also pleasant to work with."
